ACP Series pumps are designed to handle medium-consistency pulp, different kinds of syrup, and molasses. It is equipped with external impeller adjustments to maintain optimum hydraulic performance. Medium consistency pulp and process pumps are used to handle different type of syrup, molasses, pulp, paper stock, raw water etc and it can be used maximum consistencies upto 8%. Dynamically balanced semi open impeller ensures vibration and noice free operation for long life and replaceable wear plate used to maintain optimum clearance between impeller and wear plate. To maintain impeller clearance external adjustment provision is provided to maintain required efficiency.
