QF SERIES SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS

Our submersible pumps are designed for superior efficiency, durability, and performance, with duty points ranging from 5 GPM to 1475 GPM. Made entirely of stainless steel AISI-304, they offer excellent corrosion resistance and wear protection, making them ideal for pumping ordinary cold water with minimal chloride content. Each pump size comes with customizable stage options, ensuring an optimal match for any application. Superior Construction & Corrosion Resistance All pumps and motors are made entirely of stainless steel AISI-304 as a standard, providing excellent wear resistance and reducing the risk of corrosion when pumping ordinary cold water with a minor chloride content. Customizable Pumping Solutions Our pump range includes various sizes, each available with multiple stage options, allowing for precise matching to specific duty requirements.
Features
  • Water-Lubricated Bearings: Designed in a square shape, these bearings allow sand particles, if present, to exit the pump with the pumped liquid, reducing wear.
  • Inlet Strainer: Prevents oversized particles from entering the pump, ensuring smooth operation.
  • Reliable Non-Return Valve: Prevents backflow during pump stoppage and features a short closing time, minimizing the risk of destructive water hammer.
  • Optimized Valve Casing: Designed for superior hydraulic performance, reducing pressure loss and contributing to the pump’s overall high efficiency.
  • Dry Running Protection:
    • QF & QF 30 Pumps: Equipped with a priming screw to ensure continuous lubrication of pump bearings.
    • Larger QF Pumps (except QF 30): Feature semi-axial impellers that provide automatic priming.
    • Note: If the water table drops below the pump inlet, neither the pump nor the motor will be protected against dry running.
