Irrigation System

Albany Water Systems is currently engineering and supplying a dual irrigation system for the 63 Montclair residential development in Toronto, Ontario. This system is uniquely designed to operate two separate irrigation zones from a single stormwater storage tank, both managed through one common control panel for simplified operation and monitoring.

System Overview

• Shared stormwater storage tank serving both irrigation systems
• Two independent pump and filtration lines designed for separate landscape zones
• Vertical multistage irrigation pumps providing stable and efficient water pressure
• Cartridge filtration units for fine particle removal and line protection
• Single integrated control panel managing both systems with automatic pump sequencing, pressure control, and alarm indication
• Compact, factory-assembled skid for quick on-site installation and ease of maintenance

When completed, the system will deliver automated and energy-efficient irrigation control, allowing both zones to operate independently from a centralized, easy-to-manage platform.
