Albany Water Systems is currently supplying a complete sump and sewage pump system for the Bloom Retirement Residence development in Toronto, Ontario. The system is designed to provide efficient and reliable drainage for stormwater and wastewater generated within the underground parking and service areas, ensuring full protection against flooding and system downtime.

System Overview

• Duplex submersible sewage pump system with automatic level control and alternation logic
• Simplex sump pump package for foundation and stormwater collection
• Heavy-duty fiberglass or polyethylene basins with guide rails, quick-disconnect fittings, and sealed lids for safe maintenance
• UL/ULC-listed control panels equipped with Hand-Off-Auto switches, overload protection, alarm indication, and dry contacts for BAS integration
• Check and isolation valves on discharge piping for ease of service
• Aluminum access hatches supplied for all sump and sewage pits, providing secure and durable access points
• Pre-assembled and factory-tested packages for quick installation and dependable field performance

Once commissioned, the system will ensure automatic operation, minimal maintenance, and continuous protection for the facility’s below-grade infrastructure.
