In 2025, Albany Water Systems engineered and supplied a fully integrated irrigation system for the Westerly South residential development in Etobicoke, Ontario. The system was designed to provide a reliable and energy-efficient water supply for the project’s landscaped podium and outdoor amenity areas, ensuring consistent pressure and flow under all operating conditions.

System Highlights

• Vertical multistage centrifugal pump for high-pressure, continuous irrigation duty
• Cartridge filtration assembly for removal of suspended particles and protection of irrigation lines
• Pressure tank for system stabilization, reducing pump cycling and extending equipment life
• Automatic control panel with pump start/stop logic, pressure monitoring, and alarm indication
• Compact skid-mounted assembly, factory pre-wired and tested for quick installation and startup
